Brazil takes one more step

Brazil is one of the leading countries when it comes to the gradual disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence. The country has recently (august 2010) officially decreed that military and civilian pilots should report their UFO-observations to the air force. Air traffic controllers should do the same. The information should subsequently be made available to civilian researchers. We expect that Brazil's decision will minimise the typical fear among pilots to report their UFO-sightings.
