Japan: Defence Minister addresses legal issue

Japanese media reports that Defence Minister Shigeru Ishiba has stated that there could be legal issues if a UFO arrives in Japan. The Minister was confronted by an oppositional lawmaker who wanted the Government to investigate because of frequent observations in Japan. Ishiba mentioned that it would be hard to define the legal grounds on which the military could be mobilised if a UFO violating Japanese airspace is not hostile.
